nVision Report not generating results for new month
Hello,
We are currently using PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 image 42 and PeopleTools 8.58. A user is running an nVision report for 05/30/2023 and the report does not generate results and no error messages are shown. The same report generates results for 03/31/2023 and 04/30/2023. What could be causing the nVision report for 05/30/2023 to not generate results? The 05/01/2023 department tree has been modified and the tree shows a valid status. Anyone else run into this issue and how did you resolve?
