Migrating from veritas to rac cluster minimizing downtime.

Old version: 11g on Veritas cluster on RHEL 5

New version: 19c on RAC on RHEL 8

Hi, I've read that rman active duplicate can minimize the downtime but I didn't find any that provide use cases for multiple filesystems. So i wanted to confirm how do i point all the datafiles inside these filesystems into +RMSDB filegroup in ASM.

Found these 2 doc 1913937.1 and 452868.1 but still confused on the parameter file and using asm for rman duplicate. Do i just use db_file_name_convert to new asm path directly or to normal filesystem first and convert it to rac?

           300G 269G  32G 90% /orarmsprd/data8
