Why am I getting RMAN-06900 RMAN-06901 ORA-19921 when using rman.

Dear Support,

I'm getting the:

RMAN-06900: warning: unable to generate V$RMAN_STATUS or V$RMAN_OUTPUT row
RMAN-06901: warning: disabling update of the V$RMAN_STATUS and V$RMAN_OUTPUT rows
Oracle error from target database:
ORA-19921: maximum number of 128 rows exceeded

Database version is:

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
Version 19.12.0.0.0

OS: Linux 5.4.17-2102.205.7.2.el8uek.x86_64 #2 SMP Mon Sep 13 16:45:17 PDT 2021 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

The warning started since I've connected two rman sessions - one directly and the other one from CommVault, but now it occures every time im connecting the rman. In v$session there's no other rman session.
