App Package Details when Using Template Assignment in Activity Guide

Hi,

We are on FSCM 9.2 PI 40 plus selected patches related to Activity guide and questionnaire framework from PI 46.

We are trying to explore using questionnaire within activity guide composer. It works fine when we directly assign a template in a tile but doesn't work when we try to use template assignment.

Does anyone aware of what delivered application package class/method to be referred in the tile when using template assignment ? [I can test template assignment and it works correctly. Only it doesn't work when i use in tile]

The highlighted values would differ, i believe. Backend code in package refers to only specific template saved and method doesn't work for template assignment case.
