Web Adi Issue

Greetings to All,

we are facing issues related to the custom Web Adi. after the update Microsoft 365 we are unable to perform activities through Web Adi's We already setup the configuration but still facing issue's. Sometimes working normally but suddenly stop working. Is there anyone who faced the same issue if yes then kindly suggest the solution.
