How to enable SCIM on OIM 12c

Hello

I have a project to perform a integration with "cortex xsoar" and OIM 12c, Cortex Xsoar need to perform the CRUD of users through OIM using SCIM/REST Services, the question is: How can I enable or using the SCIM/REST Services on OIM 12c?
