Users' End Date Attribute does not update

Oracle Idm 12c

The End date attribute does not change when is update in Active Directory

so a user thad when provisioned had a cartain end date but in the meanwhile the date was changed to a further one in the AD, the user is always disabled by OIM according to the previous date.

How should we fix this?

How should we check th source of the attribute End Date ancd why we cannot change it according to the active directory?
