Vouchers not posted even after AP_PSTVCHR runs to success

In peoplesoft 9.2 Financilas. vouchers with accounting date 5/31/2023 were created and remain in an unposted status even after the voucher posting job (AP_PSTVCHR) runs to success. The vouchers are still in an unpost status. Any recommendation will be appreciated.
