Is there an SQR IDE or visual debugging tool available?

PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2

We're tasked with maintaining and updating legacy custom SQR reports for our PeopleSoft HCM system. Is there an IDE for SQR , and/or a visual debugging environment available?

It looks like quite a few years ago there was a third-party tool called SQRrunner that was used by previous staff here and served that purpose, but it hasn't been supported by the developer in many years and we haven't yet gotten an old copy of it to work for us.

Are there any newer alternatives to developing and editing in a text editor and using the debug flag?
