Notification for Voucher Build with Build Errors???

Hello!

Does anyone know of a way to have a notification sent out of PeopleSoft when a Voucher Build process has Voucher Build errors? The process is still going to Success. So a user would have to check the Message Log to know there are vouchers in Error.
