Email capture in RTLOG Generator . v19

HI All,

I have a requirement to capture the Email id of the customer in the RTLOG. in the POS log POS team is sending the email id, but it is not coming to Rtlog server.

We have to make the changes in the config file of rtlog generator and I made that change in the RTLogMappingConfig.xml file, but it is not working. I tried many trial and error but did not worked. Any suggestion on how to capture the email address in the rtlog generator file.

We get the pos log from oracel clound xcenter.
