PO Action History Displays 'Forward' Instead Of 'Approve'

Hi,

We have a custom program to update the need by dates, which will create revisions and auto-approve.

Few of the users are able to update the need by date and POs are auto-approving,

Few of them are running this program the POs are incomplete status and in action, history can see forward action instead of approve.

Please let me know the cause.
