Has anyone used DocuSign to enhance the billing process.

We run Grants billing 9.2 and want to see if there is a way to use DocuSign to improve the billing process. We are especially interested in options that present a seamless hand off between PeopleSoft Billing and DocuSign. We are trying to implement a Grants Invoice workflow. If we can get the workflow option to work we will enhance with DocuSign or simply enhance current state with a DocuSign option.
