Oracle BI Publisher, Basic Template Designer in Pivot Table label background color does not change!

Issue in Oracle BI Publisher

My problem is very simple to describe. The issue is in the basic template designer.

I have tried to change the background color of all the labels in pivot table. In theory it is possible to set it with the desired color, but the result is that it does not change, and remain the default grey color

In the image I have set the BG color to light blue and the BG in the label texted "(1) Amounts Received...." you can see circled by red pen, should be light Blue, instead it is grey, and remain grey when I export it in every kind of files (HTML; PDF, EXCEl, Exc)
