OID 11g with EBS 12.2 - How to delete ODSM entry based on fnd_user end-date

We have EBS 12.2.6 with OAM and OID11g which is linked to our Microsoft AD network credential store. Even though we have provision-type set to 1 (bi-directional), we have SSO profile options set such that a new AD network user will sync to OID and create an ODSM entry, but not auto-create the EBS fnd_user (we do that manually). When the user logs into EBS with the SSO screen , it auto-links user with OID server with same username.

We don't desire to push from OID/ODSM back to AD with changes.

But, is there a way such that end-dating an EBS user (fnd_user) would trigger a delete on the OID ODSM entry? If network staff delete the AD entry, it is not deleting the OID/ODSM entry (that would work too).
