PeopleSoft Receivables 9.2 - Is it possible to setup customer credit limits in different currencies

We've been asked to setup a customer record with two different credit limits - USD of $1 mil and South African Rand (ZAR) of R18,000,000. I don't think this is possible because the PS_CUST_CREDIT table is effective-dated - meaning the most current effective dated record is the active record. Has anyone else had this issue? Need to confirm this is not possible. Thank you.
