how to display different message when there is failure in generating approval hierarchy(AME) iproc

Oracle EBS R12.1.3(i Procurement web page)

As per oracle current message it shows some generic message when any exception in approval hierarchy process in iproc while click on "Next" button like "Approval List could not be generated. Please contact your System Administrator to review AME rules setup"

But as per requirement customer want some meaningful message based on different rules on AME level.

8.1) If there is Error when determining the Task Manager or Project Manager - Approval Group TT_NASS_Approval_by_TM/PM – “Approval hierarchy could not be generated. Project Manager or Task Manager does not have a valid employee record
