Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello EBS Experts,

We would like to inquire on how the Broken Promise is setup in IEX. Can you explain in detail the following:

how it is setup?
what are the pre-requisites for setup?
how to test if the setup is correct?
once the setup is done, but still the broken promise functionality is not working how to rectify it?
what is the navigation path for this?
