Error Message Edit Checking Journal (5010,227)

We are on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.38 Tools 8.58.11. We have a user that is getting an error when edit checking a journal. Other users don't get the same error AND when we clone that user and try to edit check using the cloned user it doesn't error as well. The message is Cannot select more than one. (5010,227).
