How to manage cookies settings for PeopleSoft Careers URL with same authentication domain?

We use PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.45/Tools 8.60.03 and host HCM URL and External careers URL in same authentication domain. App Server and Web Server for Careers are separate. Web Profile for careers is separate as well. We have allowed public access for external applicants through web profile configuration to land into the Careers page. But occasionally we have issues with cookies when External Applicant try to get into the Careers. How to resolve this cookies issues?
