Delivered Global Search Category EP_AP_PAYMENTS

Is anyone else seeing this issue with the delivered EP_AP_PAYMENTS Search Category where if I click on the magnifying glass to right of the Global Search page it is defaulting me to an actual AP Payment Inquiry page and not the Advanced Search page? This is not consistent with the other Search Categories.

Example - Not what I expected: Search in the AP Payment Category and Click the Magnifying Glass

Rather than opening the Advanced Search Page, it is opening the following page
