TDS Lower Deduction Certificate issue

Oracle ebs R12

We have two LDC certificate as below for a single supplier

I am unable to use two levels slabs in oracle.


The expectation here is, once the first certificate limits gets exhausted, the setup should pick the second certificate and start using ldc rate of 2% instead of 1% as below. Using the same LDC certificates mentioned above.


How can this be achieved?
