Sales Order to Purchase Order Hourly Sync Process

We are currently in the process of optimizing our business operations and would like to implement an hourly synchronization process between sales orders and purchase orders within our Oracle cloud system. We kindly request your guidance and expertise in setting up this sync process.

Business Requirements:

For back to to back orders, Purchase orders should get automatically generated for any sales orders that gets created within the last hour.

We want to establish an automated process that synchronizes sales orders and purchase orders on an hourly basis.

The sync process should take into account order quantity, item details, pricing, and any associated customer/vendor information.
