how to clear data due to bug id (Doc ID 2962844.1)

Hi Team,

Recently we upgraded to PUM47 & currently seeing issues with AP Journals which are getting stuck in creating status due to reported bug (Doc ID 2962844.1)

Can you please give us pointers how data should be cleaned up before applying bug id.
