AP invoice workflow approval status Future

Hi guys!

I have question about an invoice with approval status Future.

An invoice with status validated shown in Invoice Approval History as status Future, and the person who should recived the notification doesn´t recieved it.

Someone has a clue about what is going on?, We have a workaround, which is restart workflow, but we would like to find the cause.
