Fluid Supplier 360 Implementation and Configuration

Our AP department would like to implement Supplier 360, however, I am having a difficult time piecing together implementation/configuration documentation due to that information being scattered over various PeopleBooks. The links I've found in the Knowledge base have all led to a YouTube video, which basically tells you how to turn it on and nothing more.

My question is, is there a single document with requirements, and necessary setup and configuration, as well as the setup/configuration of all delivered pagelets?
