Need to disable withholding type '1099'

Hi,


Withholding type '1099' was divided into 1099M and 1099N. We have implemented and it is working fine. But, business users are sometimes choosing '1099' withholding type instead of 1099M/1099N.

I checked the witholding setup and there is no way we can deactivate the withholding type '1099'.

Is there any way to disable the '1099' withholding type? 

My request/question is to prevent users not to input '1099' value in supplier profile.

Please give your inputs on this.
