Email domain change and incorrect email address in wf_(local)_roles

EBS: 12.2.12

After our domain name got changed to abc.gov from abc.org, the email address in wf_(local)_roles is not synched with fnd_user email address which reflect the correct, abc.gov

As a resulte, the workflow emails are not going to the recipients.

what is the best way to get them synch'ed?

Can I update these email addresses on wf_(local)_roles?

Is there a process to do that?

I also saw, HZ_PRTY:9999 besides users with the wrong abc.org address, Should I correct all the emails addresses to the right one including HZ_..
