Elimination Lines set up PeopleSoft

We are on Tools Release 8.55.25 

Application Release Financials/SCM 9.10.00.000 

Is it possible not o use Account in elimination setup for consolidation. However in the elimination set up Account is required chartfield. Our business requirement is to define elimination rules only for Business Unit and Counterparty? We would want these combinations to work for all Accounts so not possible to define each and every account for all the combinations.

Actually we will not using interunit template and due to and due from accounts setup. The requirement is to eliminate transaction based on Business Unit and Counterparty for all accounts. How can we achieve this?
