Need to include comp tax in a data file that gets interfaced into peoplesoft

On Peoplesoft Financial 9.2, Some set of invoices get loaded into Peoplesoft via datafile, then voucher build is run to create quick invoices before paycycle is run. There is need to include comp tax on the file. So it can be calculated before making running the pay cycle. Is there any suggestion on how this can be done?
