Automatically reassign approval workflows from one user to another user

Hello Experts,

Currently when a user profile is inactivated in PeopleSoft FSCM, all the transactions that needed the user's workflow approval need to be manually reassigned to another user.

I would like to know if there is a way to automatically reassign all the approval workflows (eg. Requisition, Payment Requests) from one user to another via a batch process if possible.

Does Peoplesoft have any options? Any suggestions?.
