Installing Oracle EBS 12.2

which installing i am getting,

Checking Temp space: must be greater than 500 MB.  Actual 401551 MB  Passed

Checking swap space: must be greater than 150 MB.  Actual 19998 MB  Passed

Preparing to launch Oracle Universal Installer from /tmp/OraInstall2023-09-17_06-11-13PM. Please wait ...[WARNING] [INS-13001] Environment does not meet mients.

  CAUSE: Minimum requirements were not met for this environment

  ACTION: Either check the logs for more information or check the supported configurations for this product.

[WARNING] [INS-32008] Oracle base location cant be same as the user home directory.

  CAUSE: The specified Oracle base is same as the user home directory.
