Need help with ARUpdate error on pending items

Hello,

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2(Image 33). User created manual bills in the month of July. BILDAR01 process run in the month of July didn't create any AR entries. Next, BILDAR01 was run on 9/20 and it created entries in Pending Item table. However, AR Update run after that shows error code "ACTPD". The bills are available in Pending Item table but not in Item table. How can we push the bills into AR. I am attaching the data from BI_HDR,PENDING_ITEM. Thanks !


July accounting period is closed now.
