how to make standby db (DR) delay by 2 hours in data guard config.

Oracle EE - 19.20.0.0 , non RAC, db with 2 standbys (one HA and one DR). I setup all them in max availability with Sync - AFFIRM. But now need to make DR standby db delay by 2 hours than Primary. Kindly suggest which parameter I need to change in DG to setup this delay.

Additional info: DG configured + fsfo enabled with observer. Dbs are hosted in RHEL 8 linux server. HA db delay=0 .
