What powers the Spreadsheet Journal Import - code/CI/service?

Hello!

For the Spreadsheet Journal Import (JRNL1_WS), where is the code that makes that work? Is it the VB code? is there anything in peoplesoft like a CI or a Service Operation?

aslo, when I run this, there is a value entered into the PROCESS_INSTANCE field on the JRNL_HEADER table, but I cannot find an actual associated process - is there a process that this ID actually represents?
