Dispute Created but Dispute Notification Not received
Hello EBS Experts,
We would appreciate if you could help us in the Dispute Notification being not received despite being created. The dispute amount and dispute period are not reflecting in the Collector's Form even if we create the dispute.
Appreciate if you could be able to help us identify in which configuration/setup we have missed or have not done.
