Fail to login to Oracle mylearn
I am getting this error "{"statusCode":401,"message":"Unauthorized"}" when trying to login to Oracle mylearn.
My company has recently been acquired, and I have a new company email address. For some reasons, I've changed my email address for Oracle profile (from xxx@oldcompanyaddress.com to xxx@newcompanyaddress.com, or the other way around) for certain times. And when I changed my address back to xxx@oldcompanyaddress.com last Friday, I am getting this unauthorized error. I am not sure if this could cause the unauthorized issue.
I can still login to Oracle support using the same username and password. But unsure why I can't access Oracle mylearn.
