How can I create a custom collection role?

We are working on Oracle EBS R12.2 and we don not have Role Based Access Control enabled.

Currently we have 2 collection roles namely Agent and Manager. However we would like to create a new collection role that has the same privileges of an Agent plus a few privileges of the manager like View and update delinquency information.

How can we do this?
