BAI2 File questions

Hello,

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 and looking to figure the best practice to integrate AR bank statements into PeopleSoft. Bank have informed us that they can send BAI2 file with all payment information. We don't have cash management license. Do we need Cash Management installed in order to use BAI2 file format ? Thanks.
