The Delinquent Bill To in Advanced Collection is totally empty.

Hello EBS Experts,

We are facing a challenge in the Strategy Work Item (SWI) in Advanced Collections. We want to know the cause of having the Delinquent Bill To totally empty.

One of the reasons may be that there is a wrong Operating unit reference in the search window of the AC: a different Operating Unit appears. The SWI report and the aging are not empty. The result is that this legal entity cannot be tested.

Can you please help us identify the cause of this issue and what could be the solution?
