Is there are a Best practices recommendation or document for use of PeopleSoft Financials Chartfields.

Will this vary across different industries?

We are into HealthCare and wish to review our Chart of Accounts and Chartfield setup and see if we can modify any configuration to use the functionality in PeopleSoft more efficiently.
