How to i populate table 'jai_tax_det_factors' and JAI_TAX_LINES_INTERFACE ?

Oracle R12 India Localization

We have scenario where sales orders are created via API. We need to populate above tax tables so when data is moved to AR the distributions for tax will be automatically taken care of. Can you help me understand how we populate the interface tables for above tables and which process can help them to import ?
