India localization receipt question

Hi,

in oracle 11i 11.5.10.2

there is a india localization receipt not transferred to project, the PRC: Interface Supplier Costs and the EXC: Transaction Exception Details by PA Period does not reflect exceptions or rejections

for the same project we can see rows at pa_expenditure_items_all with transaction_source='PO RECEIPT' system_linkage_function='VI' and attribute10 ='INDIA LOCALIZATION' meaning other similar receipt transferred successfully

is there a query we could take a look ?
