Applying Future Dated Credit Vouchers To Current Debit Vouchers

We have tried to apply future dated credit vouchers to current debit vouchers via a pay-cycle. Our pay-cycle is configured as noted below. Can you please help us understand why future dated credit vouchers that equals current debit vouchers are not pulling into the pay-cycle to produce a zero-amount payment? Could there be another setting that need to be configured? Thank you for your assistance.
