What is the limit of the number of lines on a page and how to check it?

PeopleSoft Financials/SCM 9.20.029, PopleTools 8.59.12

I have big suspend journal with 11600 lines.

When I want to enter the correction page the PS stops loading after around 300 secs.

If the journal has 3000 lines it works. How I can enlarge number of lines? What is the limit: memory or timing?
