Are there plans to certify PeopleTools 8.61 for Oracle database 23c?

Will PeopleTools 8.61 be certified for Oracle database 23c once it is released for on-premise? I see that currently the pre-release notes only include 19c and 21c. I am also wondering if RHEL9 will be certified with PeopleTools 8.61
