Oracle EAM - Support for Customer Assets (similar to Maintenance Cloud)

Oracle EAM Version 12.2.11+

We have a customer (OEM) who likes to use Oracle EAM (Onprem) module to capture large Product turned customer assets in field. The asset ownership is with the customer (sold and installed product/asset). However, if there are any service/ maintenance activities involving OEM, they would like to capture the charges/ parts in EAM workorder and bill it to customer.

It also gives greater visibility of Asset service records on field and plan number of things internally

a) Is the warranty cost for the product is accurate or needs correction (based on asset performance on field)

b) Based on the customer asset failure records, can the OEM plan proactively plan sspare parts business
