Cancel Duplicate encumbrance

Hi,

We did mistake in P2P process that`s leads to duplicate encumbrances.

For example PR Created amount 100 budget is reserved. than user created blanket agreement release without PR reference again amount 100 budget reserved.

Now we need to cancel/Remove duplicate entry without canceling any PR and Blanket release.

How can we do this without effecting the PR and PO lines and approval
