Recreating Domains with Copy during patch upgrade

Using 8.58.10, upgrading to 8.58.2x

When you recreate domains during the patch upgrade, is there any way of migrating the keystore contents, integration broker configuration, etc.

That is, the database has references to things that are also in its local keystore. When we recreate the domains (process, scheduler, app) the database (e.g., certificate, gateway config) will refer to things that aren't int he newly created keystore
