Strategy Work Items by Collectors

Dear EBS Experts,

We would like to seek your assistance on the issue we face on the Strategy Work Items by Collectors. We wonder why the work assignment is mostly concentrated on one Collector when it should be automatically "equally" balanced among the Collectors.

We tried to put an end date on the resource that has the most work items but to no avail.

Appreciate your assistance and guidance.
